Roles that specialize in the design, delivery and management of recruitment processes to ensure that we attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the aptitude and abilities to meet the current and future needs of the business. Working together with HR colleagues and line managers to optimize the use of these processes and tools, aligned to corporate strategy and goals.

Responsibilities职位描述:
• Employer Branding Build-up: Provide guidelines, materials and organize activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract /retain candidates. Keep eye open to external market to improve our branding image.
• 雇主品牌建设:为DPDHL雇主品牌宣传提供指引、物料并组织活动吸引/保有候选人。对外部市场保持关注,持续提升品牌印象。
• Sourcing strategy: Manage recruitment strategy and process, maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems. Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels and selection tools. Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to promote diversity, remove bias and prevent discrimination
• 招聘策略:管理招聘策略和流程,维护和开发候选人跟踪系统。确定并建议招聘方法、渠道和筛选工具。确保定期更新流程、政策和方法,促进人才多元化,消除偏见,防止歧视。
• Assessment and Selection: Work with SMT to define key position recruitment needs, establish role requirements, sourcing plan and execute the sourcing plan. Provide professional recruitment service to fill vacancy and build-up pipeline for company..
• 人才评估与筛选:与公司高级管理团队确认关键岗位招聘需求、岗位要求、筛选方案并贯彻落实。提供专业的招聘服务完成空缺岗位招聘并为公司建立人才储备。
• Budget Management: Plan national recruitment budget according to annual HC AOP and activity planning. Reasonably allocate recruitment budget and monitor the usage to achieve the maximum support to business.
• 预算管理:根据年度HCAOP及活动计划制定全国招聘预算。合理分配预算并监控预算使用以实现对业务最佳支持。
• Other Projects: Participate global projects and provide feedback from region perspective. Lead local projects to make sure it is executed as expected. (Such as campus hiring, school-enterprise cooperation and Management trainee program etc.).
• 项目管理:参与全球的项目并代表区域提出反馈意见。发起并带领本土的项目落地,实现预期。(如校园招聘,校企合作,管理培训生项目)
In this position you need to have任职要求:
• Bachelor Degree or above, 8-10 years relevant HR experience.
• 大学本科及以上学历,8-10年人力资源相关工作经验
• Both in-house and agency firm background are preferred.
• 拥有甲乙双方工作经验优先。
• Project management skills

• Ability to conduct talent inventory to diagnose talent gap, and design talent acquisition strategy.
• 具备对公司人才现状进行盘点,识别人才需求并制定人才吸引策略的能力
• Understands the importance of employer branding, with the ability to lead initiatives to enhance its appeal
• 理解雇主品牌的重要性,有能力主导提升雇主品牌吸引力的活动和策略
• Strong talent market insight and ability to utilize different talent acquisition channels and resources.
• 具有良好的人才市场洞察及招聘渠道使用能力。
• Excellent English skill in speaking and writing
