Position Overview 职位概述
We are seeking a passionate and engaging bilingual (English-Chinese) foreign teacher to lead interactive picture book reading sessions for young learners. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for reading, foster language development, and create a fun, immersive learning environment through storytelling, role-playing, and creative activities.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Storytelling & Reading Aloud绘本讲述与朗读
- Conduct lively and expressive read-aloud sessions using English/Chinese bilingual picture books.
使用中英双语绘本，开展生动有趣的朗读活动，声情并茂地演绎故事。
- Use props, gestures, and vocal variations to enhance engagement.
借助道具、肢体动作和语音变化提升课堂吸引力。

2. Language Development语言能力培养
- Design activities to expand vocabulary and improve comprehension (e.g., Q&A, word games).
设计词汇拓展与理解力训练活动（如问答、单词游戏）。
- Encourage children to express ideas in both languages.
鼓励孩子用双语表达观点。

3. Interactive Activities互动环节
- Organize role-playing, arts & crafts, or drama based on story themes.
围绕绘本主题设计角色扮演、手工或戏剧表演等活动。
- Foster creativity and critical thinking through open-ended discussions.
通过开放式讨论培养创造力与批判性思维。

4. Cultural Exposure文化熏陶
- Introduce cultural elements from English/Chinese stories naturally.
在故事讲解中自然融入中西方文化背景知识。

5. Parent Communication家长沟通
- Provide feedback on children’s progress and recommend follow-up reading.
反馈学生学习进展，推荐课后阅读建议。



Requirements 任职要求
- Native/Near-Native English
英语母语/接近母语水平
- Experience teaching children aged 3-12, preferably in early education or ESL.
具3-12岁儿童教学经验，早教/英语教育背景优先。
- Expressive, patient, and energetic with a talent for storytelling.
表达力强、有耐心、活力充沛，擅长讲故事。
- Familiarity with classic/contemporary picture books in both languages.
熟悉中英文经典及现代绘本。
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literature, or related fields preferred.
教育、文学等相关专业本科及以上学历优先。
