二、岗位要求Job Description

1、外籍教师岗位要求：

- 学士学位以上学历；

A bachelor degree and above;

- 取得职业资格证书或者具有同等学历、培训经历，具备足够的计算机技能；

Possession of a teaching qualification or equivalent training experience, with sufficient skills in computers;

-2年以上教学经验，40岁以内，母语为英语、有中国教育经验者优先；

More than 1 years of teaching， within 40 years old, native English speakers with experience in Chinese education system preferred;

-致力于以学生为中心的方法或项目式学习（PBL），鼓励学生创造性和批判性地思考；

Student-centric or PBL, to encourage students to think critically and creatively

- 愿意融入学校，愿意去了解并尊重中国文化以及传统习俗，具有团队合作精神。

Willingness to blend into VBS, to understand and respect Chinese traditions and cultures, and teamwork.
