•技能:

熟悉中国人力资源管理系统

在动态环境中具有团队合作和解决问题的能力

•其他要求：

•持有中国本土人力资源认证，如CHRP（中国人力资源专业人员）或HASA协会证书者优先

薪资范围：5000 - 7000元/月（以经验及面试为准）

Job Position: Administrative Specialist (HR Focus)

Job Summary: We are seeking two experienced and motivated Administrative Specialists to efficiently manage HR and administrative tasks. Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in:

• Human Resource Management (人力资源管理)

• Business Administration (工商管理)

• Industrial Management (工业管理)
• Public Administration (公共管理)

• Industrial and Organizational Psychology (工业与组织心理学)

• Or other related fields such as Executive Management or Administrative Sciences

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (HR or administration)

• Language: Proficient in English based on Chinese standards (equivalent to CET-6 or CSE Level 6 or above for speaking and writing)

• Priority: Candidates with experience in port terminals, manufacturing factories, or logistics companies

• Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong organizational skills, reporting, and document management

• Familiarity with Chinese HR systems (e.g., local HRIS)

• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
