Responsibilities

Make strategic plans to combine AI and
organ-chip technologies to accelerate drug discovery.

·
Lead the data science team to develop analytics
tools and data science/AI platforms to support the internal need.

·
Collaborate with teams across the
organization, including biology and engineering team, to define the business
need, and establish the best practice in study design, data acquisition, data
management, and data analysis. Ensuring efficient and reproducible research

·
Mentor team members in AI, machine
learning, statistical analysis and promoting their professional growth and
expertise.

Qualifications

·
Ph.D degree in computer science, biomedical
engineering, computational biology, or relevant technical field. 8+ industrial experience
in pharma/biotech or top research institutes preferred

·
Strong background in machine learning and
deep learning. Especially in the field of computer vision, foundation model,
agentic AI.

·
Familiar with microscopic image analysis
(digital pathology and high content image), bioinformatics, and statistical
analysis.

·
Experience with AI aided drug design, cloud
computing environments, or full
stack software development is a big plus.
