GENERAL MISSION职责概述

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Head of recruitment and training will assist in planning, controlling, coordinating and participating hotel staff training.

在人力资源总监的指导下,招聘兼培训主管将主要进行计划、控制、协调、参与酒店员工的招聘与培训活动。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS职责和方法

1. Establishes hotel orientation, training, developing and evaluating systems.

建立酒店迎新培训,完善并评估培训系统。

2. Identifies training needs

分析培训需求。

3. Develops training programs

提高培训计划。

4. Establishes standard policies and procedures for training

建立培训政策及程序标准。

5. Conducts training

进行培训工作。

1. Liaises with external resources personnel

建立与外界培训资源的联络。

2. Ensure the staff compliance with hotel training policies and procedures

确保员工遵守酒店培训政策及程序。

3. Oversee staff hotel training and effective staff management.

统一负责酒店的培训工作以保证对全体员工的有效管理。

4. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, responsible for Talent Acquisition.

在人力资源总监的管理下工作,负责酒店人力资源招聘事宜。

5. Participate site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities.

参与对职业技术学校,学院,高等院校的考察。

6. Ensures timely preparation and arrangement for interview, selection, and recruitment.

保证面试,挑选和招聘的准备工作和安排的及时性。

7. Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists.

保管面试前,面试中以及面试后的雇员名单。

8. Processes all the Personnel Action Form coming in / out of the HR Office. Administrators employee’s confirmation, promotion / demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation. Ensures all the forms and database are properly processed, filed and updated.

负责员工的个人变动表如转正,升职,离职等记录并归档。

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责

Maintains and updates staff training records, policies and procedures and other training matters. Conducts Training Needs. Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs. Processes all the Personnel Action Form coming in / out of the HR Office. Administrators employee’s confirmation, promotion / demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation. Ensures all the forms and database are properly processed, filed and updated.

管理和更新员工培训档案、酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件进行培训需求调查,为管理层及主管员工分析及决定培训要求。负责员工的个人变动表如转正,升职,离职等记录并归档。

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责

1. Skills Training.

技能培训。

2. Analyses the data to determine priorities for different categories of staff.

分析数据决定有同级别的员工培训要求。

3. Sets objectives for all programs to be conducted for the year.

为年培训计划制定目标。

4. Prepares Training Plans for the Hotel.

准备酒店培训计划。

5. Develops internal Training program based.

内部培训课程。

6. Identifies number of internal trainers required.

寻找所需酒店内部培训教官。

7. Determines selection criteria for internal.

制定内部挑选标准。

8. Develops Departmental & Management Trainers’ skills

完善部门及管理层培训教官技能。

9. Management and supervisory training and General Programs Evaluates programs conducted

管理主管培训及评估教程。

10. Maintains and activate library.

管理更新图书馆。

11. Maintains the necessary files for training activities summary.

管理并及时更新培训的重要文件。

12. Schedules/runs trainers meeting.

安排参与培训员会议。

13. Designs HR forms, documents and processes

设计人力资源表格,文件和程序。

1. Manage workers compensation and rehabilitation and medical insurance

管理员工康复和赔偿以及医疗保险。

2. Manage the hotel’s superannuation scheme

管理酒店的养老金计划。

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITEIS 商业职责

To improve staff performance through training which creates staff loyalty and commitment. Prepares efficient work schedules considering the hotel and labor requirements

通过培训,提高员工的工作质量,激发员工敬业及热爱之情。在考虑酒店和劳力需求后制定高效的工作时间表。

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES 人际职责

1. Implements an effective staff relations and motivation program in the hotel.

建立良好的员工关系,促进酒店内部的培训。

2. Develops and implements programs to ensure staff security and safety.

制定与完善确保员工安全的程序。

3. Disseminates information regarding staff activities, hotel personnel policies, procedures, and any information related to employer-associate relations.

发布有关员工更新,酒店人事规章制度与工作程序和酒店方与员工的信息交流的资料。

4. Responsible for ensuring a good team spirit and motivation of the team.

确保良好的团队精神,并能激励队友。

5. Coordinates and executes staff social, athletic and recreational activities.

组织举办员工社交文体活动。

6. Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office lock up and security of information.

1. Establish relationships with external organizations including government training agencies; training consultants; private training providers and professional associations

与外部机构建立良好的关系,包括政府培训机构,培训顾问,私人培训供应商和行业协会。
