岗位职责
1. 战略规划与目标制定:结合渠道销售模式特点及市场动态,制定符合公司发展的长期销售战略与年度销售目标,精准分解至各渠道团队及经销商,确保目标落地。
2. 渠道团队与经销商管理:负责销售团队的搭建、培训及日常管理,同时统筹经销商体系的建设与维护,制定科学的团队及经销商绩效考核与激励机制,提升团队及经销商的销售能力与业绩,强化渠道凝聚力。
3. 市场与客户拓展:基于渠道模式开展市场调研与竞品分析,洞察渠道市场需求及竞争态势,指导团队与经销商优化销售策略;依托现有经销商资源深耕市场,同时推动新经销商开发与新渠道拓展,扩大市场覆盖。
4. 销售业务与渠道协同:参与重要经销商的合作谈判及合同签订,规范渠道销售流程;协调内部资源与经销商的高效对接,保障产品供应与交付,协助经销商处理终端客户问题,维护渠道口碑。
5. 跨部门协作:联动市场、生产等部门,向经销商传递公司产品信息及政策,同时反馈渠道市场需求,助力产品适配与政策优化,保障渠道销售顺畅。
6. 销售数据分析:定期汇总分析渠道销售数据及经销商表现,评估销售目标达成情况,为渠道策略调整、经销商管理提供数据支撑。
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop long-term sales strategies and annual sales targets aligned with company growth, incorporating channel sales characteristics and market dynamics. Ensure precise target allocation to channel teams and distributors for effective implementation.
2. Channel Team and Distributor Management: Build, train, and manage sales teams while overseeing distributor system development. Design performance assessment and incentive mechanisms to enhance team/distributor capabilities and drive channel cohesion.
3. Market and Customer Expansion: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify channel demands and trends. Guide teams/distributors in optimizing sales strategies, deepen market penetration via existing resources, and develop new distributors/channels.
4. Sales Business and Channel Coordination: Participate in key distributor negotiations and contract signings; standardize channel processes. Coordinate internal resources for efficient distributor support, ensure product supply/delivery, and assist in resolving end-customer issues.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing/production teams to communicate product policies to distributors, while relaying market feedback for product/policy optimization.
6. Sales Data Analysis: Compile and analyze channel sales data and distributor performance regularly; evaluate target achievement and provide data-driven insights for strategy adjustments.
任职要求
1. 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,具备扎实的工业领域知识基础,理工科相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验:10年以上销售工作经验,其中5年以上销售管理经验,熟悉渠道销售模式,拥有工业行业从业经历,具备丰富经销商资源者优先。
3. 能力素质:具备出色的渠道管理能力、团队领导能力及跨部门协调能力;对工业市场有敏锐洞察力,能精准把握渠道动态与经销商需求,具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
4. 技能要求:熟练运用办公软件及销售管理工具,掌握渠道数据分析方法;具备优秀的商务谈判技巧,能有效维护与拓展经销商合作。
5. 语言能力:英语CET-4及以上,具备良好的英文听说读写能力,可满足日常英文商务沟通需求。
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher with industrial sector knowledge; engineering or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: 10+ years in sales (5+ in management), proven channel sales expertise, industrial background, and extensive distributor networks (preferred).
3. Skills: Exceptional channel/team management, cross-department coordination, industrial market insight, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/sales tools, channel data analysis, and business negotiation.
5. Language: CET-4 or above with strong English communication skills for daily business.
