General Responsibilities

IT工程师负责提供技术支持，确保公司IT系统平稳运行，包括支持ERP系统实施并提升办公自动化水平。
The IT engineer is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems. This includes ERP implementation support and enhancing office automation.

具体职责 Specific Duties

1 协助ERP系统的实施与维护，排查并解决ERP相关问题，与跨部门团队协作确保ERP系统集成与优化。Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, troubleshoot ERP issues and provide solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP integration and optimization.

2 为员工提供硬件及软件应用方面的支持与指导。Provide support and guidance to employees on hardware and software applications.

3 安装并配置软件程序及更新。Install and configure software programs and updates.

4 解决办公自动化工具相关的技术问题。Resolve technical issues related to office automation tools.

5 及时响应员工的IT支持请求。Respond to IT support requests from employees in a timely manner.

6 诊断并修复硬件及软件故障。Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.

7 提供IT工具及操作流程的培训。Provide training on IT tools and procedures.

8 定期维护IT系统以确保最佳性能。Perform regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

9 监控系统安全并实施必要防护措施。Monitor system security and implement necessary safeguards.
10 按需备份及恢复数据Backup and restore data as needed.

任职资格 Qualification
1 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2 至少5年IT支持及ERP维护工作经验。At least 5 years of experience in IT support and ERP maintenance.

3 具备扎实的ERP系统实施项目经验（如SAP、Oracle、Dynamics 365、鼎信、金蝶等）。Have solid project experience of ERP implementation. (Such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Dinxin, Kingdee,…)

4 精通ERP系统及办公自动化工具。Strong knowledge of ERP systems and office automation tools.

5 熟练掌握硬件及软件故障排查技能。Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.

6 能够快速学习新技术。Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

7 具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力Communication and problem-solving skills
