YOUR TASKS
• Responsible for the administration and further development of our global HR
system landscape, especially SAP SuccessFactors
•
Proven knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting,
Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS &
Analytics
• Management and coordination of implementation, roll-out, optimization, and
support projects for HR systems, such as ingentis & Centric
• Act as an interface between HR, IT, and external service providers
• Ensure system-side implementation of HR processes and organizational
structures
• Conception and implementation of digitization and automation initiatives in
HR
• Independent analysis and resolution of 2nd level incidents as well as
coordination of 3rd level support
• Creation and maintenance of documentation (processes, interfaces, data flows,
etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, (business) economics
or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in HR IT systems,
especially in SAP SuccessFactors is a must
• Knowledge of HR processes and organizational structures in an industrial
environment
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of service
orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
