一、 岗位职责

-围绕学生的学习能力提升及创新能力培养引入创新教育资源

-建立及管理校内各创新空间及资源

-为学生学术竞赛和创新创业项目提供支持

-联动周边产学研资源

-对接并协助转化学生的创新创业成果

-其它部门领导交办的事宜

-Introduce up-to-date educational resources to enhance students’ learning skills and foster students’ innovation capabilities

-Establish and manage on-campus innovation spaces and related resources

-Provide support for student academic competitions and innovation & entrepreneurship projects

-Coordinate with surrounding industry-university-research resources

-Facilitate the connection and commercialization of students' innovation and entrepreneurial outcomes

-Handle other tasks assigned by departmental leadership

二、 任职要求

最低学历要求：本科或以上学位，硕士学位优先考虑。

专业要求：理工学科及教育学科背景，有科技创业经历者优先。

语言要求：专业中、英文书写及口语沟通能力。

其他：优秀的项目管理能力，能够同时计划、协调和交付多个项目。拥有创造性和创新性思维。能推动校内外产学研资源的融合。出色的沟通能力，能够与学生、教师及外部利益相关者有效协作。能快速了解或洞察行业需求、其用户需求及技术创新机会。有国际一流大学的育人理念，及同类大学的工作成果经验和成果。

此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is
preferred.

Major: Background in STEM or education disciplines, with preference given to candidates with technology entrepreneurship experience.

Language preference: Proficient in written and spoken communication in both Chinese and English.

Others: Excellent project management skills, capable of planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Creative and innovative thinker. Ability to integrate on-campus and external industry-university-research resources. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders. Quick to understand or identify industry needs, user demands, and opportunities for technological innovation.
