一、岗位职责

管理实验室设备/材料，监督安全操作与应急响应
负责日常运维：设备维护、耗材采购、访客培训与合规审计
上级安排的其他工作

Responsibilities:
Manage laboratory equipment and materials, supervise safe operations, emergency responses
Be responsible for daily operations and maintenance: maintenance of equipment, procurement of consumables, visitor training, and compliance audits
Other tasks assigned by superiors

二、职位要求

学历要求：本科及以上学历
专业要求：电子类、计算机、材料科学等相关专业本科及以上学
语言要求：良好的英语能力
其他：

拥有厂务、前道、后道经验者优先
3年以上实验室管理经验
此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above

Major: Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, computer science, materials science, or other related majors

Language preference: Strong command of English

Others:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in facility management, front-end processes, or back-end processes

At least 3 years of laboratory management experience

This position requires an English interview and a written test.
