1. 负责教学质量管理相关事务和活动，包括学校教学质量保障工作的计划、落实、记录和总结；教学质量相关数据库、年度质量报告等的起草与管理等；
2. 负责毕业有关事务，毕业审核、证书准备，活动安排等;
3. 参与教务业务管理相关制度文件的起草和维护；
4. 完成部门领导安排的其他工作；
5. 遵守学校规章制度，服从工作安排，完成考核文件规定的工作。

1. Responsible for managing activities related to teaching quality assurance, including the planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of CityU (DG)’s teaching quality assurance efforts. Duties also include drafting and maintaining QA databases, preparing annual quality reports, and handling other related tasks.
2. Responsible for graduation related affairs, including graduation eligibility review, certificate preparation, event planning, and other related tasks.
3. Participate in drafting and maintaining academic policies and regulations related to academic affairs management.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
5. Perform duties in accordance with the university’s rules and regulations,, adhere to work arrangements, and complete tasks as outlined in the assessment requirements.

• 本科或以上学位；
• 在高等教育机构具有10年以上工作经验；或具有较高学历，拥有不少于 8 年的管理经验/专业经验；具有高校教学质量保障相关工作者优先；
• 优秀的中英文表达能力，公文撰写能力；
• 优秀资源整合和业务推进能力，注重细节和工作的准确性，确保在时间框架内高质量的完成任务；
• 具有出色的沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力，善于团队协作，处理压力和危机能力强。

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a higher education institution, or possessing a higher degree with at least 8 years of management /professional experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in higher education quality assurance.
• Excellent in English and Chinese presentation and writing.
• Strong ability to integrate resources, meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in work; consistently ensure high-quality task completion within designated timeframes.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. A proven team player with a collaborative mindset, and highly capable of performing under pressure while managing tight deadlines with efficiency and composure.
