核心职责
1、担任 2-3 个特定上部模块详细设计的技术负责人，监督并管理浮式生产储卸油装置（FPSO）/ 井口平台（WHP）上部模块在工程总承包（EPC）阶段的设计工作。
2、协调设计、采购、施工及项目管理团队（PMT），确保满足技术规范与项目要求。
3、制定项目计划，管理预算与项目进度，解决技术问题，确保符合安全及质量标准。
Key Responsibilities:
1) As the rule of technical manager for the detail design for the specific 2-3 topside modules, oversee and manage FPSO / WHP Topside projects design activities during EPC stage;
2) Coordinate among the design / procurement / construction and PMT team, ensuring that technical specifications and project requirements are met.
3) Develop project plans, manage budgets and project schedule, solve technical
problems, and ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
核心任职要求
1、船舶工程、油气工艺或机械工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有至少 8 年浮式生产储卸油装置（FPSO）/ 浮式生产装置（FPU）等相关管道工程经验。
2、具备丰富的海上平台上部模块管道详细设计经验。
3、熟悉船级社规范及相关海上标准 / 法规（如挪威船级社（DNV）、美国船级社（ABS）、美国石油学会（API）、挪威工业标准（Norsok）、美国机械工程师协会标准（ASME B31.3）等），并有相关实践经验。
4、具备上部模块工艺系统及应力分析相关经验。
5、积极主动、灵活应变、适应能力强且有自我驱动力。
Key Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above in shipbuilding or oil & gas process / mechanical engineering with at least 8 years related piping engineering experience related to FPSO / FPU etc.
2) Extensive experience of offshore topside modules piping detail design .
3) Proven experience of Classification Rules and related Offshore Standards / Regulations like DNV / ABS / API /Norsok / ASME B31.3 etc
4) Experience with Topside process systems and stress analysis
5) Candidate should be positive, flexible, adaptive and self-driven
