职位目标：
Employee, who is on this position, has following responsibilities:
- 作为与客户的主要技术接口，发现潜在业务机会并获取该业务。协调内部相关职能部门，推动制定技术方案，保证同时满足客户要求、相关法律法规、标准，及舍弗勒相关规定。To be the main technical interface with customer and to identify and acquire potential projects. In alignment with relevant cross functions and superior to work out technical solution respecting customer’s requirements, valid regulations & applicable laws, standards and processes as required by Schaeffler business unit.
- 协调内部相关职能部门，完成产品开发和应用工作。承担如下主要职责：配气系统级别的计算分析及评估、解决技术问题、推动集体决策，以及向领导层汇报。Coordinate relevant internal cross functions to make sure the success of the development and application of the products. Play the major role for the Valve Train system level calculation, analysis & evaluation, problem resolving, team decision making, as well as the reporting to management.
- 市场/竞争对手分析 Market / competition analysis
- 支持完成产品功能、成本优化并确保不侵犯第三方专利权。To contribute to the optimization of the products with regard to function and cost while ensuring third part’s patents will not be infringed.
岗位要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- More than 2 years relevant working experience
- Project management knowledge
- familiar with product development process (VEP, PEP), valve train product development tools & methods, such as layout optimization in Pro/E, kinematic/kinetic calculation and the post evaluation, DFMEA, DVP etc.
- Good command of English or German
