1.Strong Engineering Experience of Production and Product Development Process
2.Good Documentation Skills & Knowledge incl. 3D Drawing & Adjustment; Product Specification & etc.
3.Good Sense and Networking of Industrial Trend and Technologies, Especially for SDA (household appliances), Cookware
and Kitchenware
4.Good Experience of Collaboration with 3rd Party Manufacturer to Develop New Products
5.Fully Support APAC Innovation Team for External Coordination with Manufacturers; Finally Become Fessler's Internal Technical
Expert.
Qualification
1.Education: Bachler degree or above
2.Working experience: Minimum 7 years related working experience
3.Language: Good Written English is MUST and Good English Speaker is PLUS
4.Can Accept Traveling Frequency
5.Solid Working Experience in Plant would be mandatory
6.Good Communication Skills & Great Teamwork Player
7.3D & 2D Drawing Software User would be mandatory
