About the Job:We are looking for a strong Recruiter for an initial 1-year contract to support our expanding operations in Shenzhen. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, and occasionally finance, compliance, and IT. Working closely with local and international hiring teams, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our rapid expansion in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:


1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.负责全流程招聘工作:包括职位发布、候选人搜寻、简历筛选、面试安排、offer管理、入职协调,以及与相关部门的沟通协作。

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific functions (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Warehouse, etc.).与招聘经理紧密合作:深入了解各部门(物流、供应链、采购、仓储等)的招聘需求,制定针对性的候选人搜寻策略。

3. Source candidates through a mix of local job platforms (e.g., 51Job, BOSS, Zhaopin), internal referrals, and direct outreach.通过多元化渠道搜寻候选人:包括本地招聘平台(如51Job、BOSS直聘、智联招聘)、内部推荐和主动定向挖掘。

4. Conduct screening calls and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.进行电话筛选和初试:评估候选人的岗位匹配度及文化契合度,确保符合职位要求。

5. Coordinate with internal teams on contract preparation, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment checks.协调内部团队:协助完成合同准备、入职流程安排及背景调查等事宜。

6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles in the region.建立并维护人才库:为关键岗位储备优质候选人,支持区域业务快速扩张。

7. Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reporting, tracking key KPIs and providing regular updates to Colleagues and Managers.维护招聘数据及报告:跟踪关键绩效指标(KPIs),定期向同事和管理层汇报进展。

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求:


- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or rapidly growing environment.3年以上全流程招聘经验,具备快节奏、国际化或高速发展环境的工作经验者优先。

- Strong experience in recruiting for logistics, sourcing, warehousing, and/or supply chain functions is essential.具备物流、采购、仓储及供应链相关岗位的招聘经验优先。

- Familiarity with the Chinese labor market and local job platforms.熟悉中国劳动力市场及本地招聘平台

- Hands-on experience working with Personio and other ATS/recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite.熟练使用Personio等招聘管理系统(ATS)及Microsoft Office办公软件

- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple roles in parallel.能够独立工作,高效安排优先级,同时处理多个职位的招聘需求

- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).优秀的英文和中文沟通能力(书面及口语)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.本科及以上学历,人力资源、商科或相关专业优先。

- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance in China is a plus.了解中国劳动法及招聘合规要求者更佳
