我们欲招聘有灯具产品经验的验货员 代表我们品牌商到工厂验货， 要求如下 ：
Supplier Quality Engineer Position Requirement :
--Major in Mechanical engineering , University Degree
--Good in English both in reading and writing，CET 6 above
--Good Knowledge of Quality control system, ISO 9001 process
--At least 3 years experience in lighting manufacturing，Familiar with metal fabrication , tooling, Stamping, plating glass, tubing etc manufacturing
process , basic knowledge of all material used in Lighting product
--Prefer in tool industrial working experience
--Perfect in Engineering software and office software
--Detail and self-driven oriented
--Supper honesty and high sense of responsibility
-- Healthy, No problem in traveling often
Supplier Quality Engineer Major responsibilities :
1. Based on design demand, can creating product specification for manufacturing menu and create product acceptance standard for inspection reference
3. Conduct on-line and Pre-shipping on site inspection based on approved samples and drawing, conduct testing , inspection and issue inspection report in English.
4. Managing quality claims, QC complains, Always implement continuing quality improvement and provide corrective plan for bad products .
5. Coordinating with 3rd party lab and inspection company , helping our factory pass audit ,testing , and inspection .
6. Can provide constructive engineering advice, easier to manufacture advices and cost saving advice during production development process.
7. Coach factory on their quality management and process building.
8. Allocate work task among all on-site QC
供应商质量工程师-职位要求
--机械工程的工程专业 本科以上
--良好的英语读写能力，大学6级以上水平
--熟悉质量控制体系及ISO9001的程序
--至少3年以上灯饰工厂工作经验，熟悉五金成型，模具，冲压，电镀，玻璃，弯管成型等工业产品的制作工序流程，对灯饰产品所用材料有一定的了解。
--有3年以上供应商质量管理 的经验
--能熟练运用工程（如3D）图纸软件级办公软件
--良好的职业道德 ;身体健康，能经常出差
--工作仔细认真，自觉主动，责任心强，诚实可靠
供应商质量工程师 (进厂验货员 QC)--主要职责
1）-对新产品，能按照设计要求，与工程师一起拟定产品的标准，以供工厂制造和检验参考。
3) 对现有的产品，出货前-到工厂进行前，中，后期验货；能按照提供的图纸和样品，能进行相关测试，检验，判断产品的合格与否。并出具详细的英文验货报告。
4) 管理协调各类工程质量问题，包括产品的更改，包装的更新，处理质量投诉向供应商提出8D要求，并跟踪纠正措施有效性及提出改善意见等。
5） 能同客人指定的第三方实验室，验货机构协调沟通，指导工厂第三方通过验厂，测试，及验货
6）产品开发阶段同设计人员沟通，对产品的成形，生产，成本提供建设性的意见！
7 ） 协助供应商建立健全质量管理体系，加强对产品和制程进行质量控制
