Job Description

1.Good ownership mindset and communication skills
2. Create/Edit and release of manufacturing instructions/standards
3.Release/Ramp up new machines- Introduce of new product to serial production
4.Problem solving during ramp up phase and daily production
5.Complete System CIP projects (to be an A3 expert)
6. Improve production line accoridng to BPS principle
7.Continues improvement for production KPIs, such as OEE, FPY, IDC
8.Support IOEM projects(customer visit, capacity evaluation, production release, customer audit)
9.VSM & VSD, buble diagrame creation and maintainance
10.Cleanliness control in production line- Introduce I4.0 project

Qualifications
1.Bachelor in mechanical or electrical engineering
2.3 years work experience in MOE, TEF, or ENG
3.Machinary/electrical related--Statistical analysis--MS Word, Power point, Excel
