职位名称:高级人力资源经理(兼职)

工作地点:远程

汇报对象:CEO

工作时长:每周约15-20小时

核心使命:建立基础的人力资源基础设施,改善团队凝聚力,并为快速发展的全球采购公司建立绩效管理体系。

关键职责:

1. 绩效管理:设计并实施与清晰关键绩效指标(KPI)和职业发展挂钩的年度/半年度绩效评估流程;

2. 薪酬与激励:审查和重组薪酬和福利体系,确保合规性,并设计激励计划以提高生产力(特别是采购团队);

3. 团队凝聚力与文化:制定团队建设和文化融合(中国团队与国际管理层)的倡议,培养积极专注的工作环境;

4. 培训与发展:建立结构化的入职培训和持续培训计划,确保团队采用标准化操作流程(SOP);

5. 人力资源指导:为现有的内部人力资源代表提供直接指导和专业发展辅导。

KPI:员工保留率;绩效评估的及时性和质量;新激励结构的成功实施。

任职要求:7年以上递进式人力资源经验,具备在中国管理或咨询外商独资企业(FOE)的经验;证明能够从头开始建立结构化的人力资源系统;深入了解当地中国劳动法和国际人力资源最佳实践;英语流利是强制要求。

Job Title: Senior HR Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote Reporting To: Company Owner

Commitment: Approx. 15-20 hours per week

Core Mission: To build the foundational HR infrastructure, improve team cohesion, and establish performance management systems essential for a fast-paced global sourcing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management: Design and implement a structured annual/biannual performance review process linked to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and career growth;

2. Compensation & Incentives: Review and restructure the compensation and benefits package, ensuring compliance and designing incentive programs that drive productivity (especially for the sourcing team);

3. Team Cohesion & Culture: Develop initiatives for team building and cultural integration (China team vs. international management) to foster a positive and focused work environment;

4. Training & Development (L&D): Build structured onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure the team adopts standardized operating procedures (SOPs);

5. HR Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and professional development coaching to the current internal HR representative.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee retention rates; Timeliness and quality of performance reviews; Successful implementation of the new incentive structure.

Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience managing or consulting for a foreign-owned enterprise (FOE) in China; Demonstrated success in building structured HR systems from the ground up; Strong understanding of local Chinese labor laws and international HR best practices; Fluent English is mandatory.
