招聘方向：

1.商业项目现场安保管理；

以上方向经验者优先，需具备上海标杆奢侈品商业项目物管经验。

岗位职责：

1.协助部门负责人管理及督导管辖区域内整个物业管理团队的行政工作。

2.协调、编排、组织及监督下属及承办商员工做好物业内所有管理工作；

3.执行公司及上级的工作指令及在節假日輪班工作。

工作内容会随着公司的营运方向及需要而调整。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，具备基础英文读写能力优先。

2. 5年商管项目物管岗位经验。

3. 熟悉物业管理管理及房地产相关的法律、法规、标准、规范。

4. 有较强的协调沟通及公关能力； 具备项目人员业务培训技能。

5. 熟悉使用Office等办公软件，PPT制作水平良好。
