We are seeking a passionate and innovative talent with a strong interest in the retail industry. Through hands-on projects, you will gain comprehensive exposure to retail marketing operations, promotion, visual merchandising and social marketing.

1. Marketing Campaign & Execution
• Assist in planning and implementing in-store promotions, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, etc., to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Participate in integrated online-offline marketing campaigns.
• Support team collaborations (with cross functions like marketing, digital, procurement and operation etc.) to ensure the success of campaign delivery.
• Vendor management including spend control, ordering, design briefing, prototype, production and onsite installation.
• Post campaign reviews to analysis and provide optimization recommendations.

2. Promotion Management & Execution
• Responsible for promotions management and execution, including scheduling, product selection, GWP ordering and allocation, system setup, and resource coordination.
• Online/offline promotion related communication management, including promotion communication touchpoints metrics setup, content design and POSM ordering, T&C creation, and instore execution.
• Track promotion performance metrics (e.g., sales, footfall, conversion rate), conduct post-campaign analysis, and provide optimization recommendations.

3. Visual Merchandising Optimization
• Support the development and enhancement of in-store visual merchandising standards to elevate brand image and customer experience.
• Adjust display schemes based on new product launches, seasonal themes, or promotional activities to maximize visual impact and sales drive.
• Conduct store audits or use image/data analysis to evaluate merchandising execution and propose improvements.

4. Social Marketing & Execution
• Plan and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and consumer interests.
• Produce high-impact content (graphics, short videos etc.) that highlights product USPs and strengthens storytelling.
• Manage retail social accounts, maintain consistent brand voice, engage with communities, and respond to user feedback proactively.
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI, using insights to refine campaigns in real time.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs/KOCs for retail content, reviews to boost credibility and sales

5. Other retail marketing related works
- Support Retail marketing manager on in store communications content development.
- Other line manager assigned RM related tasks.

6. Health & Safety
HSS at LLSHR is the responsibility of all staff, so every employee has a duty to themselves, colleagues and LLSHR’s guests to work safely at all times.

This means that you are expected to:
 Follow established safe working practices and controls, use any personal protective equipment they are issued with, and abide by all relevant HSS rules and standards.

 Suggest any ideas you have for HSS improvements to your manager.
 Support LLSHR’s measures to improve HSS performance.
 Participate in HSS training, campaigns and initiatives.
 Co-operate with health screening and surveillance as required.

If any employee feels that their HSS concerns have not been properly addressed locally, they should inform the Group HSS team, the Group HSS Director, People department or the Whistleblowing Hotline.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management or related fields.
 Minimum 2 years of work experience required.
 Passion for the retail industry, with excellent communication, aesthetic sensibility, analytical skills, and learning agility.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; basic design skills or visual merchandising experience is a plus.
