制定和完善质量控制流程，对生产过程进行监控，确保产品符合质量标准。
负责洁净实验室建设及日常运营管，确保洁净环境符合要求。
负责产品质量检验和测试，对不合格产品进行分析，提出纠正措施并跟踪改进效果。
负责供应商质量管理，对供应商进行评估和审核，确保来料质量符合要求。
负责处理客户投诉和退货，分析原因，制定纠正措施，提高客户满意度。
负责组织内部和外部审计，确保公司质量管理体系的有效运行。
负责质量培训和指导员工，提高全员认识和参与质量管理的积极性。
定期向公司管理层报告质量管理工作状况，为公司决策提供支持。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，化学、高分子等相关专业。
3年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001等质量管理体系。
熟练使用质量控制五大工具，如SPC、MSA、PPAP等。
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能独立处理质量问题。
具有很强的责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。
熟练使用办公软件，具备数据分析和报告能力。

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management system to ensure product quality meets relevant regulations and customer requirements.
- Develop and refine quality control processes, monitor production processes, and ensure products comply with quality standards.
- Be responsible for product quality inspection and testing, analyze nonconforming products, propose corrective actions, and track improvement effectiveness.
- Manage supplier quality, evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and returns, analyze causes, formulate corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organize internal and external audits to ensure the effective operation of the company's quality management system.
- Train and guide employees to raise overall awareness and participation in quality management.
- Report on the status of quality management work regularly to the company's management team to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, polymer, or related majors.
- Over 3 years of experience in the same position, familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other quality management systems.
- Proficient in using five major tools of quality control such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of independently handling quality issues.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand certain work pressure.
- Skilled in using office software with data analysis and reporting capabilities.
