Fulfill the sales target and excel the expectation for CP Service
How You’ll Make an Impact
-Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens Energy solutions.
-Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
-Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
-Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, LOA, etc.
-Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
-Establish and maintain the partnership with Design Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. Channel performance review mechanism setup.
-Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference Power Study as well as other company strategies
-Fulfill the sales target and excel the expectation.
What You Bring
->3 years in related experience in the Power Industry.
-Minimum of 2+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
-Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.
-Results oriented, Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Good command of English speaking
