岗位职责:

Experience in managing direct materials categories of Biopharma (e.g. reagents, consumables, CMO/CDMO services).

Have professional knowledge and experience in biology, pharmacokinetics, and the animal industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization.

Acumen business sense and industry searching / analysis skills

Good project management and problem solving abilities

Advanced Excel; Proficient in procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle)

任职要求:

Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies （e.g., Biological reagents, Experimental animals, Laboratory services）

Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to manage Biology/ Animal Category Sourcing Projects to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target.

Lead the full sourcing lifecycle. Identify business needs, conduct RFx processes, perform supplier evaluation, negotiate with single or multiple suppliers and manage contract execution.

Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships to ensure stable supply of core materials for the laboratory.

Collaborate with the purchasing manager to conduct market trend analysis in the Biology Field, introduce new technologies/products/suppliers to establish a procurement platform suitable for the company
