1、根据客户需求，负责组织和安排货物的运输，确保物流运作高效顺畅；

2、办理及跟进货物进出口报关、报检等手续，确保货物顺利通过海关检查；

3、协调运输服务提供商，处理运输中的问题及异常情况，确保运输服务质量和可靠性；

4、建立并维护与客户、运输公司和其他合作伙伴的良好合作关系；

5、优化物流成本，制定预算并监控执行，寻求降低成本和提高效率的方法。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业；

2、3年及以上物流运作及管理经验，熟悉国内物流网络，以及俄罗斯、中亚地区的跨境陆运物流资源；

3、良好的沟通能力及技巧，及解决问题能力和成本控制意识；

4、能以英语作为工作语言，能够进行跨国物流合作和沟通；

5、具有较强的责任心，诚实可靠，能承担一定的工作压力。

Job Description:

Handle and follow up on customs declaration, inspection and other procedures for the import and export of goods, ensuring that the goods pass through customs inspection smoothly;

3. Coordinate transportation service providers to handle issues and abnormal situations during transportation, ensuring the quality and reliability of transportation services;

4. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, transportation companies, and other partners;

5. Optimize logistics costs, develop budgets and monitor execution, seek ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade or related fields;

2. 3 years or more of logistics operation and management experience, familiar with domestic logistics networks, as well as cross-border land transportation logistics resources in Russia and Central Asia;

3. Good communication skills and abilities, as well as problem-solving skills and cost control awareness;

4. Able to use English as a working language and engage in cross-border logistics cooperation and communication;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable, able to handle certain work pressure.
