1、开发新线索，获得订单。
2、与客户签订保密协议或重大服务协议。
3、从客户方获得评估/报价机会。
4、为诸如如行业会议等外部活动。
5、客户拜访、参加行业活动（展会/沙龙等）。
6、提供市场反馈并为业务战略做出贡献。
1、Develop new leads, secure new contracts.
2、Secure agreements such as CDA and MSA.
3、Attract RFP/RFQs for relevant opportunities.
4、Contribute to high quality presentations for external use such as industry conferences.
5、Make site visits and attend key industry events.
6、Provide market feedback and contribute to business strategy.
任职要求
1、 化学或化学工程专业，研究生及以上学历。
2、 具备原料药或新材料公司销售工作经验，或有与小分子相关的大型药企外包服务商的工作经历。
3、 具备化学工艺开发、放大和生产方面的经验。
4、 具备很强的客户关系网，联系人信息包含客户的外包（中心）、采购（中心）、生产（对接）部、CMC部门等。
5、 具有对各种小分子生产规模的成本费用组成有很好的理解。
6、 具有良好的沟通技巧。
7、 具有良有好的批判性思维和分析能力。
8、 具有很强的保密意识。
1、Post-graduate degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
2、Experience within innovative pharma, or a major pharma contractor working with small molecules.
3、Experience in chemical process development, scale-up and manufacturing.
4、A strong, recent, relevant, and active network of contacts within the pharma industry is essential. Especially in outsourcing, sourcing, external manufacturing, CMC departments.
5、Good understanding of small molecule manufacturing cost components across a range of manufacturing scales.
6、Good communication skills.
7、Good critical thinking/analytical skills.
8、Familiar with working under confidential agreements.
