Responsibilities:
• Utilize diverse recruitment channels to achieve hiring targets
• Develop new sourcing channels with cost-effective strategies
• Map industry talent landscapes and build talent pipelines
• Efficiently execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (overseas education preferred)
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in Hong Kong/U.S. markets or insurance brokerage industry
• Proficiency in recruitment techniques; regional (U.S./HK) or P&C insurance headhunting experience is a plus
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver under deadlines
• Excellent communication, strong sense of responsibility, and team collaboration skills
