职位描述
1. Maintain and enhance training system with vendor management
2.Collect and analyze the training needs from Contact Center and Service Providers
3. Responsible for developing, coordinating and updating all the internal training courses
4. Track the training records, evaluate the training results and optimize the training process
5. Support team leader to organize kinds of internal training activities
6. Use information from the available systems to produce proactive data analytics initiatives
Responsibilities
1. Analyze training needs
2. Develop, coordinating internal training courses
3. Operations support related to training
4. Work with regional focal/trainers/managers to meet targeted goals
Education/ Qualifications / Work experience/Skill
1. Bachelor above degree, training management experience preferred
2. Familiar with PC related knowledge, experience in course development in IT and Internet will be a bonus
3. Capable of coordinating and making courses independently
4. Good office skills, such as Excel, Word and PPT, familiar with business analysis and report format design
5. Good communication skill in both oral and written English
6. Excellent ability to plan, organize and deliver training initiatives
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
8. Display willingness to learn/fast learner
