Schwank HVAC based in Tianjin was founded as one of Schwank Group’s international subsidiaries in 2014. Headquarters of the Schwank Group is in Germany. Schwank is the global market leader for gas-infrared products for industrial facilities and distribution centers, it prides itself in delivering premium quality and being the pioneer in new technologies such as hydrogen heaters. For the future development of the Schwank China, we are seeking an experienced R&D and Operations Manager who will lead and manage the technical product developments and lead production operations.

Key Responsibilities

岗位职责

 Lead the research and development of innovative industrial heating solutions with exciting projects in the pipeline

 Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept design, prototyping and testing to final product release

 Identify and implement materials, technologies, control systems to improve heater efficiency, safety and durability

 Ensure that products comply with relevant standards and certifications

 Manage project timelines and resource allocations

 Train sales team on new technologies

 Carry out production planning, manage production workers and oversee materials and inventory

 Manage suppliers: identify, specify, quality check and purchase

 Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for inbound and outbound material

 Reports to the Managing Director in Tianjin

管理产品整个生命周期，涵盖概念设计、原型开发和设备测试到最终产品发布

优化材料、技术及控制系统，提升加热器的能效、安全性与耐用性

确保产品符合国内相关标准与认证要求

管理项目进度与资源分配

对销售团队进行新技术培训

制定生产计划、管理工人及物料库存监管

供应管理：筛选、技术标准、质量控制与采购订单执行

建立并维护进料与成品的质量保障体系

直接向天津总经理汇报

Required Skills

任职要求

 Two or more years of proven success in R&D

 Experience with heating systems (burners, boilers, combustion)

 Degree or diploma in technical engineering

 Fluent English preferred

两年以上研发领域成功经验

具备工业供暖系统（燃烧器、锅炉、燃烧技术等）相关背景

本科或以上学历，机械工程、热能技术工程或相关专业优先

熟练英语优先
