• Set up and improve human resource management system in the plant.
• Responsible for daily human resource management such as recruitment, training, payroll, attendance, employee relationship, performance management etc.
• Implementation of culture transformation project in Kunshan.
• Set up and improve admin policies.
• Deal with daily admin activities.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 10 years’ experience in HR, especially with manufacturing HR & new plant set-up background
• Fluent in English
• Good office skills, eg. excel, PPT
