职责描述：

1. 参与组织实施先进CVD工艺评估工作，提出解决工艺研发问题的具体方法，满足工艺器件的尺寸要求及工艺窗口要求。

2. 参与制定CVD工艺研发计划，通过合理的人员配置和技术监督，如期完成CVD制程的研发。

3. 配合整个部门的研发进度，整理并督促各道CVD工艺的研发进展。

4. 配合工艺整合部门完成制成质量和可靠性验证。

5. 组织各级工程师进行CVD机台应用及技术培训。

6. 完成CVD工艺的量测标准定义，组织部门人员完成量测程式建立。

7. 完成CVD新机台评估工作。

Job Description:

1. Participate in the organization and implementation of advanced CVD process evaluation. Propose the specific method to solve the process research and development problems to meet the size requirements of process components and process window requirements.

2. Participate in the plan of CVD process research and development. Could complete the research and development of CVD process on schedule through reasonable personnel allocation and technical supervision.

任职要求：

1. 硕士或以上学历，理工科专业；5年以上相关工作年限。

2. 较强的分析和解决技术问题的能力；熟悉CVD工艺，了解CVD各类机台工作原理，了解半导体制程工艺流程。

3. 具有良好的沟通协调技巧，抗压能力强，为人正直。

Job Qualifications：

1. Master degree or above, major in science and engineering; More than 5 years of relevant working experience.

2. Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiar with CVD process, understand the working principle of CVD machines, and understand the process flow of semiconductor manufacturing;

3. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and be upright.
