• Prepare shipping documents and deliver to nominated forwarder;

• Work with 3PL to receive shipping schedule and confirm delivery;

• Track and monitor the goods status effectively and communicate with related party for any abnormal situations and take action to correct immediately;
有效跟踪和监控货物状态，与相关方沟通任何异常情况，并立即采取措施纠正；
• Ensure all Docs are filed and kept well so that can be traceable;
确保所有文件归档并妥善保管，以便可追溯；
• Regular export shipment report.
定期出口装运报告。
Requirements：
• College degree or above;
大专或以上学历；
• Experience in customs clearance coordinate is preferred
有报关协调经验者优先
• Experience in ERP is preferred
有ERP经验者优先
• Self-start work attitude ;
Self-start的工作态度；
• Good communication and negotiating skills;
良好的沟通和谈判技能；
• Master MS Office (Word, Excel).
掌握MS Office（Word、Excel）。
• Communicate with Forwarder, Customs, Customs broker or any other government department.
与货运代理、海关、报关行或任何其他政府部门沟通。
