职位描述
Job Duty & Responsibility:
1. provide secretarial & administrative support in an efficient and accurate manner.
2.Assisting marketer with marketing activities, campaigns, and related external communications, including sales support materials, customer events, web and social media activities, reference cases and articles and press releases, etc.
3.Taking ownership for the coordination and preparation of all kinds of internal meetings and customer visits to offices.
4.Organize and plan the content for the quarterly meetings and developing interactivity in the meetings, communicating and writing stories for summary.
5.Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
6.Make memos of management & sale review meeting within required timeline.
7.Proactively following up on action items and tasks assigned during management meetings.
8.Proactively monitoring schedules and reminding the superior and management team of upcoming company’s activities.
9.Collecting and compiling information as required.
10.Booking tickets and hotels as required and providing timely updates.
11.Support the other director of upon requests
12.Provide support to sales team for contracting and documentation
13.Coordinating & managing all business line China office remotely together with Heads.
14.Managing office supplies and cleaning staff to ensure clean & decent office environment.
15.Managing company drivers and taking care of company car daily management.
16.Provide support to expatriate and foreign visitors to China.
17.Handling budget proposal, daily expenses and cost control.
18.Complete all other tasks assigned by the line manager or company.
19.Understands and strictly follows the Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
20.Awareness of local relevant quality systems, such as ISO9001,14001 & ISO27001.
Job Requirement & Qualification
1.Major in English or Business Administration, or other related fields.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting senior management in an international corporate environment.
3.Proven experience in office management and marketing coordination, such as customer events, seminars, etc..
4.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office suite and familiarity with AI tools is a strong plus.
5.Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
6.Good communication, organizational and time management skills
7.Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness and problem-solving ability.
8.Strong sense of high-quality delivery and pays attention to details.
9.Readiness for personal development via daily learning and working with others.
10.High emotional maturity.
