Role & Responsibilities:
1.Manage the warehouse daily operation, including goods receipt & issue, delivery.
2.Manage the warehouse keepers, supervise the logistics drivers to make sure compliance with company safety rules.
3.Improve the warehouse efficiency continuously.
4.Manage the warehouse tools and forklifts
5.Monthly inventory checking.
6.Cooperate with customs brokers, forwarders, carriers and monitor their performance.
7.Maintain positive relationship with customers and government office.
8.Monitor daily import and export declaration accuracy.
9.Handle abnormal or sudden customs declaration issue.
10.Maintain customs E-book.
11.Keep updated on and internally deliver new customs regulation.
Requirements:
1.College or above diploma in business-related discipline.
2.Minimum 5 years’ working experience at a similar position in foreign manufacturing enterprises. Good understanding of customs and logistic process. Computer skills, English, good communication skills, ESS or Li-ion battery knowledge is preferred.
