Requirements：

-University graduate or above with degree in Law, any previous translation experience is a big plus;

-Good command of English;

-Good skills in legal research are required;

-Previous internship experience at law firm or legal department of multinational company would be a plus;

-Fast learner and good team player;

-Have basic MS office skills;

-Can work at least 2 days at office and minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities：

-Conduct legal research on laws and regulations (especially HK Law) and draft briefs, memos, etc.

-Translate various legal documents, such as contracts, articles of associations, joint venture agreements, deeds, etc.

-Review commercial contracts under supervision.

-Coordinate with contract managers and other AME counsels in resolving different legal affairs.

-Do some administrative work of legal department.
