Responsibilities:

1. Participate in contract negotiations to provide legal opinions and suggestions to the business department and reduce contract risks.

2. Legal Consultation and Advice

3. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management

4. Intellectual Property Protection

6. Compliance Management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in law, and those who have passed the National Judicial Examination are preferred.

2. Have more than 3 years of legal work experience, and those with work experience in foreign enterprises or multinational companies are preferred.

3. Familiar with relevant domestic and foreign laws and regulations, with solid legal professional knowledge and strong legal analysis ability.

4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to proficiently handle legal documents and conduct business communication in English.

5. Have strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
