2、 支持新客户业务开拓，维持现有客户关系，不断扩大公司的市场份额，实现既定业务发展目标。
Support development on new business, maintain existing customers' relationships, enlarge market shares continually, realize the assigned business developing target.
3、 作为与重点工业客户的主要对接人，主导所负责客户的相关合同洽谈和落地
As key contact interface for responsible key industrial account, lead on commercial terms’ negotiation and implementation
4、 通过反馈客户的意见建议，改进运行流程，提高运行效率和质量，提高客户满意度。
According to feedback the clients' suggestions, drive operation excellence for Key account and improve customers' satisfaction.

任职要求：

1、 市场营销、企业管理或工程相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上物业管理商务和运行管理工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing corporate management; more than 5 year working experience in property management sales.
2、 客户满意度达90%以上。
Customer satisfaction is above 90%.
3、 运用日常办公软件WORD、Excel、PPT、CAD，并体现在工作文案和报告中。。
Familiar with the daily office software WORD, Excel, PPT, CAD, and reflected in the work copy and report.
4、 将英语作为第一工作语言。
Use English as the first working language.
5、 能接受每周3次以上出差工作。
Able to accept frequent business trips more than 3 times a week.
