Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Provide HR support for organizational development and adjust organizational structure according to business development.

2. Coordinate the allocation and implementation of recruitment tasks according to the recruitment plan, be responsible for the recruitment of key and key positions and improve the recruitment timeliness of other positions.
根据招聘计划统筹招聘任务的分配及实施,负责关键及重点岗位的招聘和提升其他岗位的招聘及时性;
3. Analyze, select, and maintain various recruitment channels, and establish close cooperative relationships with external suppliers to meet the company's talent needs.
分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道,并与外部供应商形成紧密的合作关系,满足公司的人才需求;
4. Other work assigned by superior.

Qualification 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, business management, business management and other related majors.
本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、法学或其他相关专业;
2. 5+ years of experience in HR recruitment, including at least 3 years in headhunting.
5年及以上人力资源招聘模块相关工作经验, 其中3年以上猎头经验;
3. Proficient with recruitment channels and interview procedures, with sound judgment in talent evaluation.
精通招聘渠道和面试程序,对人才评估有良好的判断力;
4. Understand the work and system process of each HR module
了解人力资源各模块的工作及体系流程;
5. Self-driven, serious and responsible, strong principle and pressure resistance, adapt to the fast pace of work.
具备自我驱动意识,认真负责,较强的原则性和抗压性,适应快速的工作节奏;
6. Skilled in using office software.
熟练使用办公软件;
7. Fluent spoken English for communication with foreign colleagues is a plus.
具备与外籍人员口语交流能力的优先。
