Responsibility:
• Support talent acquisition operations by by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status in HRIS.
• Assist with training and development initiatives.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide support on global visit coordination.
• Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and procedures
• Other assigned tasks.
Expertise:
• Workable English is required.
• Familiar with MS-Office
Professional Competencies
• Good understanding of the employment life circle and full recruitment process.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
