岗位职责
•Records and maintains personnel master data
记录和维护员工信息
•Enters payroll relevant data into the payroll and other related systems/tools
在薪资或相关系统工具中录入薪资相关数据
•Checks correctness of the payroll data
确保薪资数据的准确度
•Ensures the compliance of the salary calculation with the defined pay policies
确保薪资计算与薪资相关政策的一致

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科学历及以上
2.Human resource management related major
人力资源管理相关专业
3.Proficiency in office software
熟练使用办公软件
4.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
良好的英文听说读写能力
5.Good sense of teamwork and communication skills
良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力
6.Be familiar with and be able to use labor related laws and regulations
熟悉并能灵活运用劳动相关法律法规。
