岗位职责
1. Insurance Strategy & Product Design: Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic conditions, regulatory policies, and competitor dynamics in the Latin American insurance market (focusing on Brazil, Mexico); design and optimize localized insurance products including auto insurance and accident insurance; ensure product compliance with local insurance regulations and align with user risk preferences in Latin America; continuously iterate products based on market feedback and claims data.
2. Online Insurance Sales Operation: Build and improve localized online sales channels for Latin American markets; optimize the full-link online sales process (from product display, quotation, underwriting to policy issuance and renewal reminder) to enhance user conversion rate; track online sales performance, analyze channel efficiency, and formulate targeted promotion strategies.
3. Telemarketing Team Management: Establish and manage a professional insurance telemarketing team for the Latin American market; responsible for team recruitment training, performance assessment, and incentive mechanism design; optimize team efficiency to achieve sales goals.
4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-departmental Collaboration: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local insurance regulatory authorities, reinsurance companies, and channel partners in Latin America; coordinate internal cross-departmental resources (including technology, operations, customer service, and legal teams) to promote the smooth launch and operation of insurance products; communicate and align with internal senior management regularly, report business progress, and propose strategic adjustment suggestions.
任职资格
1. Minimum 6 years of work experience in the insurance industry, with professional experience covering at least two of the following areas: insurance product design (auto insurance/accident insurance preferred), online sales channel operation, telemarketing team management; experience in the Latin American insurance market or cross-border insurance business is highly preferred.
2. Profound understanding of insurance market, including local regulatory policies, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape; familiar with localized operation logic of online and telemarketing channels in Latin America.
3. Strong insurance product design capabilities, able to combine market demand and risk control requirements to develop competitive localized products; proficient in sales team management, with experience in team building, training system construction, and performance incentive design.
4. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities; able to collaborate effectively with teams of diverse cultural backgrounds; proficient in English (must); proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (core languages in Latin America) is a significant plus.
