Role & Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility and monitor for the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing the overall interviews. Coordinating with departments to arrange logical and administrative details. Execute and monitor the recruitment process in compliance, engage with offeree activities;
  • Support to design and implement campus recruitment relevant activities, e.g., campus talk, firm visit. Support to build up long term relationship with graduates, interns, and university career development center also professors at universities to enhance influence in campus;
  • Interact and engage with (potential) candidates via multiple channels, including email, phone or face to face;
  • Closely work with other HR function teams to ensure the recruitment cycle goes smoothly;
  • Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify needs and requirements and support in data analysis;
  • Bring candidates good experience via good communication, proper arrangement, and efficient interactions;
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in recruitment system, and producing regular reports and updates to hiring managers;
  • Be a good team player and support team members to achieve team goal.

Key Requirements

  • Education background with bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Preferred at least 1-year experience in recruitment area;
  • Fluent English skill in both written and verbal;
  • Good consultative, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to navigate and build good client relationships and credibility at all levels and functions with an open and collaborative style through demonstrating good judgement, good communication skills and follow-through on commitments;
  • Can-do attitude, experience of working on own initiative within a changing and dynamic environment and commitment to high standards of excellence;
  • Result driven and attention to details, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Deep curiosity and interest in learning and can think out-of-the-box in being the trend setter;
  • Highly disciplined and efficient but collaborative;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as HR analytics.
