岗位职责:
1、体系建设 System Construction
按照公司的战略规划与经营目标，结合实际情况推动公司体系的建立，并做好目标分解管理工作；
1.Drive the establishment of corporate systems in line with strategic plans and business objectives, while effectively managing target decomposition based on actual conditions;
2、体系运营 System Operation
对质量管理体系的有效运营负责。通过制定质量管理体系文件，推进体系有效运行，并持续修订和完善；
2. Ensure effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) by developing QMS documentation, facilitating proper implementation, and conducting continuous revisions and improvements;
3、管理评审 Management Review
负责组织公司各类体系的管理评审工作，对管理评审总结，针对问题点制定整改计划予以跟进改善；
3. Organize management reviews for all corporate systems, summarize findings, and develop corrective action plans with follow-up implementation;
4、体系审核 System Auditing
组织内外部审核，跟进组织客户审核工作，督促不符合项目的整改并结案管理；
4. Coordinate internal/external audits and customer audit processes, ensuring non-conformity resolution and proper case closure;
5、文控管理 Document Control
负责修订质量体系文件并对质量文件进行管控，确保文控资料的有效性和完整性，提升文控工作水平；
5. Maintain and control quality documentation, ensuring validity and integrity while enhancing document control standards;
6、质量管理 Quality Management
负责组织质量体系管理培训，提高质量人员的质量体系管理意识和专业知识；
6. Conduct QMS training programs to enhance quality personnel
s system awareness and professional expertise;
7、其他事项 Other Responsibilities
完成总经理授权及交办的其他工作任务。
7. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/通信工程/物理/化学）等相关专业；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related disciplines;
2、8年及以上制造业体系工作经验，电子/半导体封装/汽车制造经验优先；
2.8+ years
working experience in manufacturing system, electronics/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing experience is preferred;
3、熟悉ISO9001/14001、IATF16949体系标准及五大质量工具，能独立主导体系内审、外审工作；
3. ISO9001/14001, IATF16949 system standards and five quality tools knowlege preferred, can independently lead the system internal audit, external audit work;
4、具有优秀的沟通能力和学习能力、有较强的分析解决问题能力；
4.Excellent communication and learning ability, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
5、为人正直诚信，能够适应较快的工作节奏。
