职位描述
岗位职责:
1、战略规划 Strategic Planning
根据总部人力资源中长期战略规划,制定子公司人力资源3年战略规划,分解年度工作规划并监督实施;
1.Develop the subsidiary
s 3-year HR strategic plan based on the headquarters
mid-to-long-term HR strategy, break down annual work plans, and oversee execution;
2、人才招聘 Talent Acquisition
构建并优化公司的招聘流程和体系,提升招聘人员质量,对招聘及时率和优秀率负责,提升业务部门满意度;
2. Establish and optimize the recruitment process and system, enhance hiring quality, ensure recruitment timeliness and excellence, and improve business unit satisfaction;
3、组织建设 Organizational Development
建立和完善组织架构、定岗定编,岗位胜任力模型和价值评估体系,每年组织人才盘点工作,开展人才梯队建设,完善人才质量提升机制;
3. Establish and refine organizational structure, staffing models, competency frameworks, and job evaluation systems. Conduct annual talent reviews, build talent pipelines, and enhance talent development mechanisms;
4、培训发展 Training & Development
根据公司发展需求制定年度培训计划和部门培训计划,结合业务矛盾组织开展专项培训;建立完善培训体系和流程,跟踪培训计划执行和效果;建立人才发展路线,指导各岗位员工职业生涯规划;
4. Develop annual and departmental training plans aligned with business needs, and organize targeted training to address operational challenges. Establish a structured training system, monitor implementation and effectiveness, and guide employees in career planning;
5、薪酬绩效 Compensation & Performance
设计薪酬绩效考核体系并有效实施,不定期评审并优化薪酬绩效考核制度,驱动业务部门发展;
5. Design and implement performance-based compensation systems, conduct periodic reviews and optimizations, and drive business unit growth;
6、人力成本 Workforce Cost Management
每月分析人力成本数据,有效管控间接部门人力成本占比,提高直接人力成本产出,为业务部门提供数据指导,控制人力资源成本;
6. Analyze labor cost data monthly, optimize indirect labor cost ratios, improve direct labor efficiency, provide data-driven insights to business units, and control HR costs effectively;
7、文化制度 Corporate Culture
对员工敬业度负责,持续完善管理制度,推动企业文化建设,打造积极向上的企业文化;
7. Enhance employee engagement, continuously improve management policies, and foster a positive and high-performing corporate culture;
8、业务支持 HR Business Partnering
深入业务部门,掌握业务诉求、参加到业务部门的人才、组织、绩效评价管理,做好BP支持工作;
8. Collaborate closely with business units, understand their needs, and provide HRBP support in talent management, organizational development, and performance evaluation;
9、日常工作 HR Operations
负责人力资源部的日常工作和员工的管理指导、绩效评估,完成总经理授权及交办的其他工作任务。
9. Oversee daily HR operations, manage employee performance evaluations, and fulfill additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.
任职要求:
1、人力资源、企业管理类相关专业,本科及以上学历;
1.Bachelor
s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
2、8年以上人力资源管理经验,3年以上同岗位工作经验,熟悉人力资源各业务模块;
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 3+ years in similar role, proficient in all HR functional modules;
3、掌握现代企业人力资源管理模式和实践经验积累,熟悉劳动人事政策法规并能灵活运用;
3. Solid expertise in modern HR management models with practical experience; well-versed in labor policies and regulations;
4、接受过战略人力资源管理、组织变革管理、薪酬绩效变更管理等方面的培训经验优先;
4. Preferred candidates have training in strategic HRM, organizational change management, and compensation & performance management;
5、具备人力资源三支柱业务模型实操经验优先;
5. Hands-on experience with HR Three-Pillar Model is preferred;
6、具有良好的沟通交流、组织协调能力和学习能力,责任心强;
6. Excellent communication, organizational and learning skills with strong sense of responsibility;
7、为人正直诚信,能够适应较快的工作节奏。
