岗位职责：

1.负责项目现场施工全面管理，包括工程工期、质量、安全生产、文明施工和技术指导等；

2.负责编制项目工程施工组织设计及施工方案，确保安全措施渗透到施工设计和施工方案的各个环节中去；

3.负责督促安全技术方面的宣传、教育、培训工作，参加安全检查，对查出的隐患要从技术措施方面提出改进方法。督促、检查各职能管理人员的执行情况；

4.负责现场各施工单位、施工团队的协调，及时解决项目进程中出现的问题；

5负责记录现场各工种、工序施工日志。工程中间验收和竣工验收等工作。

任职要求：

1.工程、建筑、土木工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历，能用英语进行日常工作交流和沟通；

2.具备5年以上石油化工或者油田行业项目管理经验，熟悉工程项目策划、设计、施工、验收等环节，具备较强的项目管理能力，有海外工作经验的优先；
3.具有较强的组织协调能力、决策能力、学习能力；

4.具有良好的身体素质和一定抗压能力，能适应长期海外工作。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the overall management of on-site construction of the project, including project duration, quality, safety production, civilized construction and technical guidance, etc.

2. Be responsible for compiling the construction organization design and construction plan of the project, ensuring that safety measures are integrated into every aspect of the construction design and construction plan.

3. Be responsible for promoting the publicity, education and training of safety technology, participate in safety inspections, and propose improvement methods from the technical measures aspect for the identified hazards. Supervise and inspect the implementation of various functional managers.

4. Be responsible for coordinating various construction units and teams on site, and promptly solve problems arising in the project process.

5. Be responsible for recording the construction logs of various trades and processes on site. Be responsible for the intermediate acceptance and final acceptance of the project, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in engineering, architecture, civil engineering or related fields, with a college degree or above, and be able to communicate in English for daily work.

2. Have more than 5 years of project management experience in the petrochemical or oilfield industry, be familiar with the project planning, design, construction, acceptance and other links, have strong project management ability, and those with overseas working experience are preferred.

3. Have strong organizational and coordination ability, decision-making ability and learning ability.

4. Have good physical fitness and certain stress resistance, and be able to adapt to long-term overseas work.
