岗位职责：

1.负责制定项目的施工组织设计、质量标准、总体规划和年、季、月施工进度计划；

2.负责本工程施工的全过程管理：工程质量、安全生产的第一负责人，对所建项目工程的质量目标和安全达标、生产进度、成本控制的实施负全面责任；

3.遵守国家和地方政府的政策、法规，执行公司的规章制度和指令，自觉维护公司利益。负责与甲方、业主、监理公司工作协调，确保公司下达的各项技术指标顺利完成；

4.负责项目施工团队的组建，组织实施合同内容的施工进度计划。定期向公司汇报工程进度及实物完成量，定期向甲方催收工程进度款；

5.严格执行公司的质量安全保证体系制度，建立健全本项目详细的质量、安全体系、确保项目按程序有效进行；

6.负责加强预结算管理，控制并降低生产成本。认真组织做好工程签证、统计报表的进度款催收工作；

任职要求：

1. 工程、建筑、土木工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历，持有相关职业资格证书者优先；
2.具备5年以上项目管理经验，2个项目以上项目经理岗位经验，有海外项目经验优先；
3.熟悉项目的全流程管理，包括项目的前期策划、施工过程的工程进度、安全、质量、环保、技术、成本管控等，具备较强的项目控制能力；

4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，较强的责任心及果断的判断力与决策力；

5. 对项目成本构成，成本分析和成本控制有相关经验；

6. 能用英语进行日常工作交流和沟通。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for formulating the construction organization design, quality standards, overall planning and annual, quarterly and monthly construction progress plans for the project.

2. Be the first person in charge of the entire process management of the project construction: quality and safety. Bear full responsibility for the implementation of the quality goals, safety standards, production progress and cost control of the constructed project.

3. Comply with national and local government policies and regulations, implement the company's rules and regulations and instructions, and consciously safeguard the company's interests. Be responsible for coordinating work with the client, owner and supervision company to ensure the successful completion of all technical indicators assigned by the company.

4. Be responsible for the formation of the project construction team, organize and implement the construction progress plan of the contract content. Regularly report the project progress and physical completion volume to the company, and regularly collect the project progress payment from the client.

5. Strictly implement the company's quality and safety guarantee system, establish and improve the detailed quality and safety system of this project to ensure that the project proceeds effectively in accordance with the procedures.

6.Be responsible for strengthening the management of pre-settlement and settlement, control and reduce production costs. Seriously organize and carry out the work of project visa, statistical reports and progress payment collection.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, architecture, civil engineering or related fields. Candidates with relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred.

2. At least 5 years of project management experience, including 2 or more years of experience as a project manager. Overseas project experience is preferred.

3. Familiar with the full process of project management, including project planning in the early stage, progress, safety, quality, environmental protection, technology and cost control during the construction process, and possess strong project control capabilities.

4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and decisive judgment and decision-making abilities.

5. Relevant experience in project cost composition, cost analysis and cost control.

6. Ability to communicate and work in English on a daily basis.
