【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for daily recruitment work according to annual recruitment targets, ensuring timely and effective completion of recruitment work.

2. Regularly investigate the employment needs of each department, develop and update recruitment plans.

3. Develop, maintain, evaluate, and analyze various recruitment channels, and organize and integrate channel resources.

开发、维护、评估、分析各位招聘渠道，对渠道资源进行梳理和整合。

4. Resume mining and selection, interview arrangement follow-up, interview reception, interview evaluation of candidates' basic conditions, interview result feedback, and summary of recruitment process data.

简历挖掘甄选，面试安排跟进、面试接待、对候选人基本条件进行面试评估、面试结果反馈，以及招聘过程数据的汇总。

【Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management or related majors such as management or psychology is preferred.

本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或管理类、心理学类相关专业优先。

2. More than one year of experience in corporate recruitment and interviewer work is preferred.

一年以上企业招聘和面试官工作经验优先。

3. Good English proficiency, CET-6 or above is preferred.

英语良好， 英语六级或以上优先。

4. Familiar with talent selection techniques and identification methods, with experience in recruiting mid to senior talents is preferred.

熟悉人才甄选技巧和识别方法，有中高级人才招聘经验优先。

5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong service awareness, timely feedback, and proactive communication.

6. Proficient in using office software, with strong language and written expression skills.
