【Job Responsibilities】

I. Sales Management

  1. Assist managers in breaking down annual sales targets (including sales revenue, new customer acquisition, and repeat customer rate), and develop tiered strategies based on industry trends and competitor dynamics (e.g., customized solutions for key accounts, channel expansion plans for potential markets).

  1. Follow up on customer needs throughout their lifecycle, collect feedback on pain points, and communicate with relevant departments to drive solutions; regularly review sales data, optimize underperforming areas, and support the team in achieving targets.


II. Market Analysis

  1. Collect multi-dimensional data on industry policies, user behavior, and competitor activities, and establish standardized data records.

  1. Use AI tools (e.g., Python, Tableau) to process data, extract key insights, and produce monthly market intelligence reports to support marketing decisions.


III. Financial Management

  1. Participate in annual budget planning, collaborate with departments to gather requirements, and develop budget frameworks based on historical data.

  1. Conduct cost accounting for departments/projects, monitor budget execution, and provide early warnings for overspending risks; assist in optimizing financial processes such as reimbursement and payment to improve fund utilization efficiency.


IV. Production Planning Management

  1. Coordinate production resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment based on sales orders and inventory data to develop reasonable production plans.

  1. Track production progress and delivery timelines, promptly resolve execution issues such as material shortages and equipment failures, and ensure on-time order delivery.


V. Cross-Border E-Commerce

  1. Manage order review and information synchronization on cross-border platforms (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress), and handle exceptional orders such as ambiguous addresses or payment failures.

  1. Liaise with logistics providers to select suitable shipping channels, track logistics trajectories, and address delays or losses to ensure smooth fulfillment.


VI. HR & Administration

  1. Oversee end-to-end operations of basic HR modules, manage administrative affairs with precision, ensure policy implementation and employee activities, and optimize administrative cost control and efficiency.


【Qualifications】

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluent English (as a working language).

  1. 3+ years of work experience in foreign trade, hotel management, chain catering, logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or production management.

  1. Proficiency in AI tools, with the ability to deeply apply them to tasks such as data processing and solution optimization to enhance efficiency.

  1. Proactive problem-solving mindset, adaptability to corporate culture, and basic teamwork and execution skills.

  1. Base salary during probation: 15-25K, with performance-based bonuses negotiable; higher salary considered for candidates with extensive experience.

【岗位职责 】

一、销售管理

1. 协助负责人拆解年度销售目标(含销售额、新客开发量、老客复购率),结合行业趋势与竞品动态,制定分层策略(如核心客户定制化方案、潜力市场渠道拓展计划);

2. 跟进客户全周期需求,收集痛点反馈并同步至相关部门,推动解决;定期复盘销售数据,优化未达预期环节,助力团队完成业绩。

二、市场分析

1. 采集行业政策、用户行为、竞品动态等多维度数据,建立标准化数据台账;

2. 运用 AI 工具(如 Python、Tableau)处理数据,提取核心观点,输出月度市场洞察报告,为营销决策提供支撑。

三、财务管理

1. 参与年度预算编制,对接各部门收集需求,结合历史数据制定预算框架;

2. 开展部门 / 项目成本核算,跟踪预算执行,预警超支风险;协助优化报销、付款等财务流程,提升资金使用效率。

四、生产计划管理

1. 依据销售订单与库存数据,协调原材料、人力、设备等生产资源,制定合理生产计划;

2. 跟踪生产进度与交付时效,及时解决物料短缺、设备故障等执行问题,保障订单按时交付。

五、跨境电商

1. 负责跨境平台(如亚马逊、速卖通)订单审核与信息同步,处理地址模糊、付款失败等异常订单;

2. 对接物流商,选择适配物流渠道,跟踪物流轨迹,处理延迟、丢失等问题,确保履约顺畅。

六、人事行政方向

1. 人事基础模块全流程运营,行政事务精细化管理,制度落地与员工活动,组织行政成本控制与效率优化;

【任职要求】

1. 本科及以上学历,英语流利(可作为工作语言);

2. 3年以上工作经验,具备对外贸易、酒店管理、连锁餐饮、物流、跨境电商或生产管理相关背景;

3. 熟练掌握AI工具,能将其深度应用于数据处理、方案优化等工作,助力效率提升;

4. 有主动解决问题意识,适配业务节奏,具备基础团队协作与推动落地能力。
