Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer follow-up.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
Maintain accurate candidate data in SF (Success Factors) and recruitment tracking tools.
Assist in onboarding process and document collection.
Prepare recruitment reports and summaries as needed.
Liaise with external vendors and internal teams on recruitment-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR support, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g. SF/ATS) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong sense of ownership.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Able to work independently onsite and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
