PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

· Responsible for execution of FSC CoC audits, second party audits and third party management system audits and related services

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

n Responsible for audit preparation and audit package submission to SGS Knowledge HK office for review

n Responsible for decision making process of certification

n Ensure compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures

n Responsible for execution of FSC CoC audits, second party audits and third-party management system audits and related services, such as training and seminars

n Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales Executives and Account Executives, if need arises

n Assist in tasks assigned by Superiors

PROFILE

· University degree holder with 4 years working experience or above, minimum 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing of wood / wooden products / paper / paper products; forestry and related industry management;

· Experience in management systems, such as quality, environmental and occupational health & safety, sustainability or FSC CoC is preferred

· Successful completion of ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 or FSC CoC LAC auditor training is an advantage

· Less experience will be considered as Assistant Certification Officer

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Proficiency in written English and Chinese technical report writing skills

· Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
